Retold Team
Our team is composed of a psychotherapist, artist, software engineer, and musician, and we have been combining our unique perspectives and skills to create an immersive inner dialogue experience. My passion and soul will always belong to in-person therapy; however, as I've been training, learning, and growing as a therapist, I have also been designing an inner dialogue technique to facilitate the mind's innate ability to change perspectives and see situations in a new way. As I've been developing this technique, I've also been integrating it into a web/phone application, synthesizing ideas from narrative therapy, internal family systems, Jungian/neo-Jungian theories, dialogical self theory, motivational interviewing, and relational psychoanalysis/psychodynamic theories, to create an experience that I would confidently recommend to my clients.
